Introduction
Welcome to Vendor Linker (“Vendor Linker,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Vendor Linker is a sourcing agency headquartered in Dallas, Texas, that helps businesses connect with qualified vendors for essential commercial services.
By subscribing to one of our membership plans or using our services in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Scope of Services
Vendor Linker provides professional vendor-sourcing and business-matching services designed to help commercial property owners and businesses find trusted service providers.
Our services include but are not limited to:
Assessing business needs and identifying suitable vendors.
Matching clients with qualified service providers.
Collecting and managing Certificates of Insurance (“COI”) and compliance documentation.
Providing relationship management and vendor recommendations based on membership level.
Offering industry insights, networking opportunities, and periodic business strategy sessions.
Important: Vendor Linker does not perform vendor work directly. We act as an intermediary to connect businesses and vendors, and while we strive to ensure quality matches, we cannot guarantee specific project outcomes or vendor performance.
Membership Plans
Vendor Linker offers several membership tiers with varying levels of support and benefits.
Depending on your selected membership plan, you may receive:
A dedicated Relationship Manager for direct support.
Vendor recommendations customized for your business type.
Access to newsletters, networking events, and quarterly strategy calls.
Priority vendor placement (for premium members).
Memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time without penalty. No login or user account is required—your Relationship Manager will coordinate all communications and documentation directly with you via phone or email.
Payments & Fees
All payment processing is handled securely via Stripe.
Vendor Linker does not store, manage, or have access to your payment or credit card information.
By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to process recurring membership payments on your behalf.
All membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Failure to maintain active payment may result in suspension of services.
Documentation & Compliance
As part of our services, Vendor Linker may collect and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) or other compliance documentation.
Clients and Vendors are responsible for submitting accurate and current documentation.
Vendor Linker may request updated records periodically.
Vendor Linker does not independently validate or guarantee the adequacy of any COI or document.
Relationship Manager Support
Each member is assigned a Relationship Manager based on their selected plan. Your Relationship Manager may assist with:
Vendor sourcing and matching.
Scheduling vendor introductions.
Providing guidance on vendor compliance and documentation.
Offering quarterly or monthly strategy reviews (depending on plan).
Third-Party Services
Vendor Linker may rely on third-party providers for:
Payment processing (via Stripe), communications, analytics, and other operational tools.
By using our services, you agree that third-party providers may process your information under their respective privacy policies. Vendor Linker is not responsible for their actions or omissions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Vendor Linker provides services “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
Vendor Linker is not responsible for vendor performance, project outcomes, or business losses.
Vendor Linker shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue participation.
Termination of Services
Vendor Linker reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if:
You fail to pay fees.
You misuse our services.
You provide false or misleading information.
Termination will not relieve you of obligations incurred before the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
Vendor Linker may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
