We facilitate vendor introductions based on client needs, service alignment, and project requirements, supporting efficient and professional engagements from initial connection through execution.

 


Vendor Network Expectations

    Vendors in the Vendor Linker Network are expected to:

  • Maintain proper licensing and required insurance
  • Communicate professionally and respond in a timely manner
  • Deliver services consistent with their represented capabilities
  • Uphold standards aligned with client expectations

How Vendor Participation Works

  • Vendors may be considered for opportunities based on service alignment and project needs
  • Vendor Linker facilitates introductions between clients and qualified vendors
  • Engagements are initiated at the discretion of the client
  • All pricing, contracts, and project execution occur directly between the vendor and the client

    • Business Insurance               

    Vendors are expected to maintain appropriate licensing and insurance customary for their trade and provide documentation upon request.

    While Vendor Linker facilitates vendor introductions and client engagements, compliance coordination services — including COI tracking and documentation management — are available as an added service for clients requiring ongoing oversight.

    Referral Fees

    Certain vendor introductions may be subject to a one-time referral fee if a contracted engagement results. Referral terms are disclosed and acknowledged prior to introductions. Referral fees apply only to the initial contract and do not apply to renewals or future engagements.

    Vendor participation in the Vendor Linker Network is based on qualification and alignment with our network standards. Engagements are structured based on client needs and project requirements. Participation does not guarantee work, volume, or selection.
