About
Vendor Linker
Vendor Linker was created to simplify how commercial organizations connect with reliable service providers. We recognized that sourcing vendors across portfolios, investments, development projects, and managed assets is often fragmented, time-consuming, and inconsistent — especially when quality, responsiveness, and accountability matter.
Vendor Linker operates as a curated commercial vendor network, providing structured access to service providers across a wide range of essential categories, including HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, landscaping, construction, security, staffing, and specialty trades. The platform is designed to support organizations involved in property management, ownership, investment, and development without adding operational burden.
Rather than functioning as a marketplace or directory, Vendor Linker facilitates direct introductions between organizations and qualified vendors. All vendor selection decisions, pricing, contracts, and project execution remain directly between the parties involved. Vendor Linker supports the connection through network standards and coordination, not oversight.
Many organizations within the Vendor Linker Network also participate in established commercial real estate associations such as BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and value structured vendor relationships, professionalism, and long-term reliability. Vendor Linker is not affiliated with or endorsed by BOMA.
Vendor Linker exists to provide a structured, membership-based approach to vendor access for commercial organizations. By facilitating direct introductions within a curated network, we help organizations move faster, reduce friction, and maintain control over vendor relationships without outsourcing procurement or project oversight.
