Membership



Vendor Linker operates on a 12- month annual membership model with automatic renewal. Membership provides access to the Vendor Linker Network and eligibility for vendor introductions based on service needs and alignment.

Membership renews annually unless canceled in accordance with the membership terms or declined by Vendor Linker based on network standards.


 


Membership Options

By joining, you agree to a 12-month membership billed annually and auto-renewing unless canceled.

Core Membership — $750 / year

Ideal for:
Organizations with occasional vendor needs or a limited number of properties that want reliable vendor access without ongoing coordination.


Best suited for teams that:

  • Manage one or a small number of assets

  • Need vendor introductions periodically

  • Prefer a light-touch, on-demand network relationship

Professional Membership — $1,250 / year

Ideal for:
Organizations with multiple properties or recurring vendor needs that benefit from priority access and ongoing coordination support.


Best suited for teams that:

  • Manage multi-property portfolios

  • Require vendors across multiple service categories

  • Value faster introductions and consistent access

Enterprise Membership — $2,500 / year

Ideal for:
Organizations managing large portfolios, active developments, or capital projects that require customized vendor alignment.




Best suited for teams that:

  • Oversee large or complex assets

  • Coordinate vendors across multiple projects or locations

  • Require a dedicated point of contact and tailored support

Referral Fee Disclosure

Certain vendor introductions may be subject to a one-time referral fee if a contracted engagement results from the introduction. Referral terms are disclosed and acknowledged prior to introductions. Referral fees apply only to the initial contract and do not apply to renewals or future engagements.

Membership Terms

Memberships renew automatically on 12- month annual basis. Members may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal.


Membership fees are non-refundable, including in cases of early cancellation or non-use of services.


Vendor Linker reserves the right to decline renewal based on adherence to network standards, professionalism, and responsiveness.


Membership does not guarantee project volume, pricing, or selection. Vendor selection decisions, pricing approvals, contracts, and project execution are conducted directly between the participating parties.

Ensure your vendor holds all required local, state, and federal licenses. Industry certifications demonstrate professionalism and expertise, while compliance reduces legal risk and ensures smooth project execution.

Review Insurance Coverage (COI)

Always request a Certificate of Insurance to confirm the vendor carries general liability, workers’ compensation, and any project-specific coverage. Check limits and effective dates to protect your business from potential liability.

Look for vendors with proven experience on similar projects. References or case examples can help confirm reliability. Past performance is often the best indicator of future success.
